Not a repellant or a bait. This is a permanent physical barrier application that protects roots and bulbs without restricting root growth. Voles do not like the texture of the sterile and inert expanded slate particles. The particles improve aeration, drainage, and add nutrient holding capacity while dramatically reducing vole damage.
