Hardy dwarf evergreen shrub with striking powder blue foliage that emerges silver in spring. Low mounded form. Fine texture formed by short horizontal branches of thick tough needles. Low maintenance ground cover, border accent or container specimen. Drought tolerant when established.
Grafted plants grow considerably faster and will form a terminal leader and eventually a pyramidal shape
