Cancellation policy

Purchase Option Cancellation Policy

We do our best to be flexible while protecting the health and quality of our plants. The following guidelines apply to all purchase option orders and nursery stock reservations.

Cancellations Before Pickup or Digging

  • Orders may be cancelled as long as the plant(s) have not left our premises and have not been dug or prepared.
  • If preparation has begun, we reserve the right to apply a return processing charge to cover labor, materials, and handling.

Nursery Stock Cancellation Fees

Once preparation or digging has started, the following fees apply:

  • Potted Bushes, Trees, Shrubs & Perennials
    • Subject to a 20% cancellation fee if already prepared or set aside.
  • Ball & Burlapped (B&B) Trees & Shrubs
    • Once dug, cancellations are subject to a 30% cancellation fee due to labor and equipment costs.

Non‑Cancellable Items

  • Houseplants & Annuals
    • Cannot be cancelled once prepared due to pest‑risk protocols.
  • Christmas Trees
    • All sales are final—no cancellations, returns, or exchanges.

Shipped Orders

  • If your order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs if the item qualifies for return under our standard return policy.
