Dianthus 'Passion Red' Garden Pinks

In spring and fall experience a profusion of the rich red color of ‘Passion’ Dianthus. Fiery, solid red, double flowers resembling mini carnations sit atop mounds of soothing blue-green foliage. Its deep crimson double blooms add a bold touch of color to any bouquet or flower arrangement. The flowers also offer a soft hint of carnation fragrance.

Dianthus is versatile and works well in mixed borders and containers, or as a groundcover. Unfortunately, winter’s first hard freeze and summer’s extreme heat halts flowering.
