Plant Return Policy & Shipping Details ＋
Some of the plants you'll find here reach beyond what we grow and keep on hand at the garden center — they ship straight to your door from a network of growers we trust. Because these items never come through Pandy's Garden Center, they can't be picked up, returned, or exchanged in store, and all online plant orders are final sale.
If your order shows up damaged, send us photos of the plant and the packaging within 48 hours of delivery. Once we've had a look, we'll arrange a replacement wherever possible.
A few things to keep in mind:
- Orders leave from a separate facility and may arrive on their own schedule
- Online plant purchases don't carry any warranty or guarantee
- How a plant does once it's home depends on the care and conditions you give it
- Prices online may differ from what you'll find in store

Description
An outstanding plant for the partially shaded garden. It looks very much like a very large white Astilbe, with its similar foliage and feathery, creamy white flower plumes. These plumes reach up to 12” in length. Although it tends to be a slow-grower the first couple of seasons, once it is established it puts on a great show year after year. Make sure it has plenty of room to grow when you first plant it as transplanting this species is a very difficult task.We do our best to ship within 1–2 business days via UPS Ground. Depending on the location, orders arrive in 3–5 days.
Orders placed on Friday will ship the following Monday.
Shipping to Arizona, California, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, or Washington? These orders take a little longer — 3–10 days depending on when the order is placed — because they require dipping.
Dipping is a quick root treatment required by these states to guard against pests like the Japanese beetle, so your plant can ship in safely. It's a normal step — it just adds a little time.
