Ariadne is a member of the Shigitatsu sawa group. It has orange-pink coleus spring growth with leaves that mature to a maroon red. Spring color is among the prettiest of all maple. The fall color is red. At maturity it is a short stocky plant, wider than it is tall, reaching approximately 10’.
