Some of the plants you'll find here reach beyond what we grow and keep on hand at the garden center — they ship straight to your door from a network of growers we trust. Because these items never come through Pandy's Garden Center, they can't be picked up, returned, or exchanged in store, and all online plant orders are final sale.
If your order shows up damaged, send us photos of the plant and the packaging within 48 hours of delivery. Once we've had a look, we'll arrange a replacement wherever possible.

Description

They have soft, juicy white flesh that smells and tastes amazing. You can do a lot with McIntosh apples in the kitchen. You can eat them fresh as a snack, bake them into the fluffiest pies and crisps, cook them down into smooth applesauce, or press them to make great cider. Because they are naturally tart and soft, they are great for cooking and baking. McIntosh trees are great for home orchards and backyard gardens because they grow to be 12 to 15 feet tall. They're self-pollinating (you don't need a second tree!), can survive cold weather in zones 4-7, and give you a lot of fruit every fall.
