Plant Return Policy & Shipping Details ＋
Some of the plants you'll find here reach beyond what we grow and keep on hand at the garden center — they ship straight to your door from a network of growers we trust. Because these items never come through Pandy's Garden Center, they can't be picked up, returned, or exchanged in store, and all online plant orders are final sale.
If your order shows up damaged, send us photos of the plant and the packaging within 48 hours of delivery. Once we've had a look, we'll arrange a replacement wherever possible.
A few things to keep in mind:
- Orders leave from a separate facility and may arrive on their own schedule
- Online plant purchases don't carry any warranty or guarantee
- How a plant does once it's home depends on the care and conditions you give it
- Prices online may differ from what you'll find in store

Description
Paint the Town Rose, known botanically as Rosa 'BAItown', brings a splash of vibrant color to your garden with its stunning deep reddish pink blooms. This compact rose bush, belonging to the Rosaceae family, stands out with its abundant flowers and delightful fragrance. Typically growing to a height of 18-24 inches, it is perfect for small gardens, container planting, or as a charming border in your landscape. Caring for your Paint the Town Rose is straightforward. It flourishes in full sunlight and prefers well-drained soil with a slightly acidic to neutral pH. Regular watering is crucial, especially during dry periods, but be cautious of overwatering. This rose is hardy in USDA zones 4-9, making it suitable for a wide range of climates. The benefits of adding this rose to your garden are numerous. Not only does it provide visual appeal with its continuous blooms from spring through fall, but it also offers a low-maintenance option thanks to its resistance to common rose diseases like black spot and powdery mildew. Whether you're looking to enhance your garden's aesthetic or enjoy the simple pleasure of fragrant blooms, Paint the Town Rose is an excellent choice. Historically, roses have symbolized love and beauty, and the Paint the Town Rose continues this tradition with a modern twist. Its compact size and vibrant color make it an ideal choice for those looking to add a touch of elegance and joy to their outdoor spaces. We do our best to ship within 1–2 business days via UPS Ground. Depending on the location, orders arrive in 3–5 days.
Orders placed on Friday will ship the following Monday.
Shipping to Arizona, California, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, or Washington? These orders take a little longer — 3–10 days depending on when the order is placed — because they require dipping.
Dipping is a quick root treatment required by these states to guard against pests like the Japanese beetle, so your plant can ship in safely. It's a normal step — it just adds a little time.
