Peony - Duchesse de Nemours

This century-old variety has stood the test of time. Valued for its large, very fragrant, double white flowers and sturdy stems. Large outer petals cup a dense, frilly center with a buttery yellow glow. Shrubby growth habit is useful in perennial or mixed borders. Excellent cut flower; will last over a week in a vase if cut in bud. Herbaceous perennial.
